"I have been trying to cancel my life/health insurance for the last 3 months. Last month I finally got them to call me back. They kept telling me that their licensed agents would call me back and never did for a while until I kept calling. Last month I emailed all the documentation to cancel it and I just got charged again this month. They will take care of you if they can make money off you if at all you want to cancel anything they will make it nearly impossible and get every penny off of you. On 10/26 I sent everything I needed to get it canceled. To this day I’m still getting charged and no response."
